Is Floradix Advisable Over Palafer For Low Hemoglobin Levels?

Hi dr I have Itp and now low iron number 8 I had one iron fusion but I had a reaction so my hematologist doesn t want me doing the next two fusions just continue my palafer which I have been doing . A friend of mine just recommended floradix I was wondering if it s ok to take that instead of iron if it has as much elemental as palafer and one more thing my body produces kidney stones and in the floradix it contains spinach so please please help me out thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the iron deficiency (It is most advisable to confirm the condition) then it is most preferable to have oral iron therapy, for other condition that is being suspected could be different one and it may not be related with it and it may be nonspecific unless proved or diagnosed (Renal stones ) hope this information helps.
