my son is 4 yrs old and having a problem of alopecia so please tell me that Am i giving him a right dose Flucort lotion (.01) one time at night Folica lotion one time in the morning Genfock syrup in the evening(Himalaya) maujit syrup one time in the morning

You will start seeing improvement in 4 weeks,
If any new patches come, or if there is no response, then you need to visit dermatologist who may add on medicines like minoxidil and immunomodulators.
