Is Fluner,Anxit And Topaz Right Medication For Headaches With Granuloma?

Hi Sir
My age is 23.
Very recently I have been diagnosed with " Calcified granuloma in parafalacine right inferior occipital lobe". I am suffering from severe headache. I have been prescribed the below medicines:
1.Fluner 5
2.Anxit 0.25
3.topaz 25
Please let me know if these are the correct medicines to be used.
And also advice me on how many days i have to use them? Please help me out sir..

Thanks for the query

The current medications you are on will prevent headaches but there are no pain killers for acute attacks of headaches. I suggest Tab Naproxen is a wonderful to reduce pain. Continue using the above medications for prevention of headaches ( its called prophylaxis)
