Is Gabapentin Drug Recommended For Depression And Anxiety?

I have been prescribed gabapentin for depression and anxiety. Research indicates that it is used to control seizures, nerve pain after shingles, etc. Is this medication also used for depression & anxiety? Thank you YYYY@YYYY

in my opinion it is primarily used to treat pain

also some studies / research shows it is useful for depression

also involve yourself in exercise and social activities
