Can Evion Be Taken To Manage Anxiety And Depression?
Hello Sir, Can Evion containing Vitamin E be taken for anxiety and depression. If yes how much to take per day. Plus what if we dont treat anxiety and depression at all. Because the common prescription of antidepressants dont work at all. It comes with so many side effects and cannot be tolerated. Please advise how to live with anxiety and depression. Evion may not help in depression. But it may not be a bad idea to test your B-12 and mineral levels. If B complex--especially B1 B6 B12, calcium, selenium, copper, magnesium are low, they can cause it.
Alternately take a good multivitamin multivitamin that contains all these and vitamin E and see if they help.
Therapeutic dose of vitamin-E-400 U.
