Is Garcinia Cambogia A Safe Medication For Weight Loss?

I take several medications and supplements, Metformin 1000 mg ER, Aspirin 80MG, Diazepam 5MG, Cinnamon 400MG, Lansoprazole 30MG, Acebutolol 200MG, Vitamin D3 2000iu, Calcium Magnesium & zinc. I saw an ad for Garnicia Cambogia for weight loss, the ad says it s completely natural and safe. I was wondering if it could have an effect on my medications?

Hi,

Garcinia cambogia has received considerable attention as it has been claimed to have effects on weight loss.

It has not been proven with clinical evidence indicating it has a significant effect on weight loss.

Also, there is liver toxicity associated with commercial preparations of this fruit extract, which needs to be concerned about. Hence, it would be better avoided.

You can reduce weight by natural means through diet and exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
