Is Gast-reg 200 Mg Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

I m pregnant in eighth month( in the last trimester) i have spasm in my stomach and i used buscopan and usually use motilium before eat but they are useless . My doctor advice me to take gast reg 200 (the active constituent is trimebutine maleate) is it safe in pregnancy thanks

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that as long as the pregnancy is concern no medicine is safe and it is advisable and better to avoid taking medicine without the extreme condition where the life of fetus and mother is matter, take care and have a nice day.
