Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Gilbert's syndrome is a common genetic liver disorder. In this disorder, there is the reduced activity of the enzyme glucuronyltransferase, which conjugates
bilirubin and a few other lipophilic molecules.
So there is increased level of bilirubin in blood. Mild
jaundice may appear under conditions of exertion, stress, fasting, and infections, but the condition is otherwise usually asymptomatic
There is no relation of Gilbert's syndrome & deficiency of either
folic acid or
vitamin B12. However
gilbert syndrome can be genetically transmitted to your child.
Refer to your physician for consultation
Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps.
