Is HCG Diet Safe While Suffering From Protein In Urine?
Hi doctor. I want to go in Hcg diet. I have done that twice in past and was successful. However recently when I did as routine tests it was discovered that my urine has protein (22) and doctor said it s first stage of kidney damage. So is it wise I go in this diet.

I don't recommend the HCG diet. It is illegal and dangerous and not recommended by FDA. It can cause you to lose muscle mass and also taking HCG is not see helpful at all.
