Hi
The person with whom you are in relation is not a confirmed case of HIV and he is having liver infection which might be due to various causes and prostate enlargement is seen commonly after 50 years even in many individuals.
Symptoms of HIV are repeated episodes of fever, cough, weight loss, diarrhoea which neither of you are suffering from.
Generally by using condoms the chance of HIV transmission is very much reduced almost nearly 100%.
Still you are in doubt you can undergo an HIV kit test which gives you result in an half an hour to 1 hour or contact a near by ICTC( integrated counselling and testing Centre) if you are Indian where you can undergo testing and all of your doubt's regarding HIV will be cleared off
