Hey hi doc yesterday i had sex with 3 different sex workers and all the time i do had 2 condoms on it i did lick the boobs, kissed and the sex lasted less then 8 mins. I also did use pull out technique with condom on. i did inserted finger in vagina before sex and one of them applied some cream on condom. I can understand your anxiety as this is an issue of HIV. I had gone through your narration and understood the aspects. First of all use had mentioned 2 methods of protection one is double condom and other one is pull out technique.

Coming to protection from condom, condom is not always 100% protection technique. We can ensure 80-85% protection when used properly. Even double condom or single condom does not make much difference.

Coming to pull out technique, this method is a protection technique to your sex worker rather than yourself. As your semen did not entered into your sex worker's vagina, it ensures protection to them. By licking, kissing, fingering, there will not be any chances of HIV transmission.

By considering all the aspects there are a very little chances of HIV transmission. So no need to worry, but you have to go for screening test after 3 months of sex. Some important symptoms of HIV infection which you may or may not notice are fever, diarrhea, weight loss.

Understand the above aspects and be careful. Hope you could act accordingly.
