Is HIV Transmitted Through Blow Job?

Hi there , i received a blow job from a random girl 15 days ago , since then i am so worried that i may be infected with hiv or other sti disease , lately ive been feeling a bit shit , mainly nausea , and a bit itchy on my arms , there are no red rash on my chest or shoulders , so im wondering will they be the syndromes or signs of hiv

None of the symptoms mentioned are HIV related. A fellatio put the recipient at more risk as he/she gets the cum/semen inside the mouth.
Visit to a counsellor to know about HIV /AIDS and how does it spread and how it does not .
