I am taking Diovan HCT 160/12mg and Crestor 5mg for hypertension and cholesterol. I am also struggling to get my weight down. I am in the 225lbs range and would like to get down to the 170lbs range. I exercise atleast 3 times per week, but eating correctly is a challenge especially while juggling my career and family. I am always hungry and always seem tired.
