Is INR Value Of 1.4 A Cause For Concern?
I am having a sigmoidoscopy to morrow at 9 a.m. My INR is 1.4 and i am on bowel cleansers and fluids only for twelve hours. Should i take my warfrin 2 mgs to night . I don t want it to go lower, or would it go to high due to no vit.k in my diet just now.

I really appreciate concern, it is advisable to continue with the prescribed dose it not bleeding phenomenon is there then no need to take vitamin K, here your age and gender is missing and even not given clinical brief and so it becomes very difficult to advise anything in medicine complete detail needed for advise hope this information helps.
