Is IUI Possible In Women With Absence Of Dominant Follicles?
sir, I am undergoing folicular study and and in the 11 th day it is seen that no dominat fillicle is in either overy.EMT is 6,7mm.. i am planning for iui is there any cahnce for this or any seroius issue as NDF in overy. my cycle is 28-29 days normally
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Endometrial thickness is little less than normal for 11th day and since there are no dominant follicles, IUI procedure would not be success as there wouldn't be release of ovum without dominant follicle during this cycle. Hence, it would be advisable to consult your infretility specialist/gynecologist for appropriate management and plan for the next cycle. Hope the information provided would be useful. All the best.
