The first day I felt sick I had sore throat with stuffy nose. Stomach was empty and took two ibuprofen. Went to lunch and ate felt good for the rest of dat day. Got home went to sleep, and woke up in a puddle of sweat, muscles were aching. Got up and my head was throbbing.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sore throat and stuffy nose which is due to sinusitis/ upper respiratory tract infection leading to granular pharyngitis. I would suggest visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day. You should avoid spicy food. Take soft foods to avoid irritation to the throat. You should take steam inhalation. Apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take cough expectorants. Get X-ray chest done along with pulmonary function tests. Take ibuprofen one tablet twice daily.Throat lozanges one every 4 hours is helpful. Drink luke warm water throughout the day as it can provide relief.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
