No , 1.It does not include Rotavirus , 3 rd dose of which is not required if received rotarix in previous two doses (cost around Rs 1300/-) , in case of rotateq ( cost rs 900-1000 ) 3rd dose is required . 2. It does not include PCV3 ( Synflorix -Rs 2000-2200 , Prevenar-13 -Rs 3800-). So your baby received DTwP , HIB 3 (Quadrovax) and IV3 (Imovax polio ) , he/she has not received PCV3 , you need to check brand used for rotavirus in previous two doses , if it was Rotarix, he/she does not require 3rd dose otherwise 3rd dose of rotateq is also required .
