Is Irbesartan The Right Medicine For High Blood Pressure?

HI How much ibersartan can safely take in 24 hr period. My blood pressure is 168/89. I have had 300 mg today. I had a renal artery stenosis in 2012 with a Stent put in. I can t talk with my doctor, it after hours . Have had BP problems for about 3 months. Going to see doctor as soon as possible. Stent probably not working now. Is it safe to take more than 300mg a day of ibersartan?

donot change dose without consulting treating doctor can discus about dos ease with treating doctor. 300mg is in higher side.consult doctor regularly and follow the advise. exclude diabetes and have hypertensive profile and take treatment accordingly.
