General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Mainly Isomilk powder is used for Infants with hereditary lactase deficiency (rare) or galactosemia, in which a baby can't metabolize the main sugar in milk (lactose) or a sugar component of it called galactose.

In this case you have to make a check up for your baby and consult with pediatrician or neonatologist to find the cause of these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
