Is Lactare Capsule More Effective Than Granules?
Hi.. My child is 3 months old . She cries when i breastfeed her , because of thw little milk she gets. Therefore I am also bottlefeeding her. I have started using lactare granules. How should i take it? Is the lactare capsule more effective? Pls help me out. Thank u

You should take the capsule form 2 capsules 8 hourly for the first week and then 1 capsule 8 hourly thereafter. The capsule is what I would recommend.
