Hello,

Lacticare-HC is a hydrocortisone topical to help relieve redness, itching, swelling, or other discomfort caused by skin conditions.

You can use it temporarily to relieve the dryness.

It is not used for a long time on a daily basis.

I would recommend using a moisturizer for daily use.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
