It also provides relief to the heart by lowering the volume and pressure of blood in the closed circulatory system. It helps relieving difficulty breathing if that is due to right heart issues or lungs itself. It drenches the fluid accumulated in the lungs that may be causing the difficulty breathing. If a patient has got not a major issue of urinary blockage at the level of neck of bladder and prostatic urethral level (or anywhere in the urinary drainage system) we can use both the medications without any harm.
