Is Levofloxacin Effective In The Treatment Of Bacterial Infections?
I am taking levofloxacin 500 mg for a female bacterial infection. I am on my second round of the meds. I understand from my doc female bacterial infections can be persistent. I have taken 11 out of the 14 pills prescribed already. Does this antibiotic take a while to work and does it keep on working after I have taken my last pill. The results have been very slow so far.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your infection.
Levofloxacin is a good and effective floroquinolone antibiotics for soft tissue infections. It starts its action soon it is administered to the body. You must have get rid of your infection two weeks are too much time.
