Is Losartan-hctz The Right Medicine For Knee Arthritis?

Hello, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees, I was riding a stationary bike and my right knee popped and I having been having problems with it since January my doctor gave me Naproxen to take but I see that it interact with medicine I am taking Losartan-HCTZ 100-25MGtab I can t get in touch with my Doctor at the moment. Is there any other way to help with my knee without taking pills.

You can try exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint, this would help to improve stability and may help reduce your discomfort.

In addition the use of glucosamine, chrondroitin may help, they help some persons not all. They are suppose to help repair cartilage.
Topical agents such as voltaren gel may also help to relieve your pain.
