Hi,
First of all, I have to ask you not to use abbreviations in the body of your questions unless you type the full words in the first use. In this question you mean
Restless Leg Syndrome by RLS and may be Side Effect by SE (I'm not sure). Some abbreviations might be understood wrong.
Anyway,
Pramipexole is used as a treatment option for RLS, but before starting that medication, your physician should be sure that your RLS is a primary type, not a secondary type. The treatment of secondary RLS is based of treating the underlying condition (e.g.
lumbosacral radiculopathy,
polyneuropathy,
thyroid dysfunction, anemia, ...).
Assuming that you had a primary RLS, you have received pramipexole but unfortunately, you have developed one of its rare complications which are limb and body dystonia. In this case, you should have discontinued the pramipexole as soon as you noticed the dystonic movements, not to increase the dose!
Lyrica (which is actually
pregabalin) also may help in controlling symptoms of RLS. Again if you are sure that your RLS is not secondary to other problem, you can start Lyrica (if not otherwise contraindicated) and gradually increase the dosage until the best results are achieved.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Hooman Mahmoudi,
