General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are having grade 4 hydronephrosis and impaired kidney function it is better not to take ecstasy or other drugs. This pain is not especially related to ecstasy but to impaired kidney function.
Be careful next time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
