HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I can say that it could be chronic abdomen infection and it can not be managed eratically but it has to be managed in very proper way, if the infection being detected then it has to be managed accordingly because it may be protozoa infection or bacteria or some time it may be both together, it may be biliary disease, it may be stone condition, underlying cause of abdomen symptoms matters the great, last but not lease it could be functional kind of disease like IBS, over all may requires imaging studies too, hope this information helps.
