Is Marijuana Smoking Advisable Post An Appendectomy?
hello i got my appendix surgery on the monday night and it is Wednesday now i am not taking much pain killers becuase i do not like having them in my body but i would like to smoke pot for pain control if i need too. not cigs just pot is there anything i could know or should i hold off for longer?

Marijuana smoking is advisable post appendectomy. It would take about a week for the surgical wound to heal and another 2 weeks for the complete recovery from the operation. Hence it would be ideal to be avoid its consumption until a month following surgery so as to be safe from complications resulting from its intake.
