Is Meftal Spas Recommended For Liver Swelling And Pain With Vomiting?
my live has been swelled to 16.9(i am a women). Now i am feeling pain on that area. i am a strong feeling of vomit is coming . my doctor has said to eat maftal spass....but i forgot to tell him about my feeling of vomiting.....so can you suggest any other tablet or maftal spass is perfect.

Meftal spas is recommended for pain.It is not the medication for enlarged liver.
For enlarged liver,you need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,liver function test,random blood sugar,lipid profile and Ultrasound of abdomen.
For vomiting,I suggest tablet ondensetron or domperidone to my patients.You can discuss with your doctors.
Treatment depend upon findings.
