Is Melabest Cream Advisable For Pigmentation On Face?

Melabest cream is good for skin or is there any skin irritations. Because my skin very very sensitive & I won a use this cream because I'm having pigmentation marks on my face. So please sujust me.. or else please sujust me which medicine will can be cleared for pigmentation.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Melabest cream contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone..
It is a Steroid containing depigmentation cream and initially can show got results by clearing the skin..
But its long term usage can have deleterious effects on skin and can cause Steroid dependence..
It can cause thinning of skin, excessive hair growth on face, rashes, inflammation and pimples..
I would however suggest you that in case if you want to use Melabest cream you should first of all consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
As of now you can start using non Steroid depigmentation creams and ointments like Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams..
Apply Vitamin E containing creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Limit sun exposure..
You can also go for treatment like Photofacial and chemical peeling..
