Is Melacare Effective In Achieving Fairer Skin Tone?

I want to make my face fair as i m dark now.. my friends suggested me melacare. But when i read some reviews most of them where saying like.. they got fair in 2 months. But from the day they stopped using it, they had become more darker. So now i am afraid of using it. What do i do now? Please help me out. Anyhow i want to look good. Please do the needful.

Hi..

Melacare is a steroid based cream and it can cause severe side effect on face even on a short time use.

Steroud cream can initially lighten the skin tone but on long term use the skin can become dark, there can be rashes, thinning of skin, excessive hair growth on face, pimples etc..

So my suggestion is to consult a skin specialist and get evaluated.
You can be advised non steroid based skin lightening cream like Kojic acid aur azelic acid cream cream.

Hope I have answered your query.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
