Is Melacare Effective To Treat Dark Spots On Face?

Sir I hv dark spots on my face because of acne. Dermatologist prescribed me melacare. But after reading reviews on Internet I am confused what to do. I should buy this cream or not. Still I didn t use. I am living in Russia. Should I use sunscreen even in the absence of sunlight as here only cold and snow falling no sunlight.

Melacare has compounds in it that helps in skin whitening and so can be used to remove dark circles. Secondly, if there is no enough sun in your area and ultraviolet is not a problem in your area then you don't need sunblock.
