Is Melaglow Cream Advisable For Brown Spots And Pigmentation?

Hello doctor. I have got brown spots and pigmentation at the age of 25. I am being recommended to uses melaglow by my derma. can I apply apply routine BB cream and sunscreen on the cream? also, how much time does melaglow takes to lighten the spots?
