Is Meloxicam Or Acetaminophen Advisable For Long Term Use?

Which is least harmful, meloxicam or acetominophen? I only take one dose a day for pain in my lower arm from typing. My concern is long term use. I ve needed it for over 3 months now. The associated ganglion cyst on my wrist has nearly gone, but the arm pain persists.

Sir, as You very well know ,prolonged ,every day use of anything, esp. drug, can`t be without consequences. But if we were to put 2 medicines on some sort of scale, without a doubt, acetaminophen is far safer, with lesser chance of side effects. But,it is also dosage related (if one would take 10g daily,it would surely damage one`s liver.....). And....it is not as potent as other nsail-s,and it has no anti-inflammatory effect.
