Hello doctor..my last period date is 15 may.nw I tested pregnancy n this is positive..m taking cloves sesame seeds water Nd almonds daily n honey n lemon juice in warm water.i had 4 capsules mensuline forte together with.it had passed 24 hours but no bleeding..how much time it will take.should I take any other medicine.i HV already a baby
