Is Meprate Effective In Regularizing Menstrual Bleeding?

hello doctor I have pcod from last 07 years which medicine i can take for regularization of periods because last one and half month i haven t go the periods. should i take meprate or primolut N or do you suggest any other medicine which is safe. I have two kids and i only want to reularise my periods regds /

Meprate tablet contains 'Medroxy Progesterone Acetate' as an active ingredient. It is used for treating irregular menstrual periods, abnormal uterine bleeding and other such conditions.
Primolut N tablet contains 'Norethisterone' as an active ingredient. It is used for irregular, painful or heavy periods and as contraceptive.
Both medications can be used for regularising periods. However, Primolut N is commonly used for postponement of periods.
Hence, you can take Meprate for regularising the periods.
