General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In your case, it would be helpful to use an emergency pill or I pill which is used to prevent pregnancy within 72 hours from intercourse.
It is highly effective so you can use it.
Taking microgynon now is not effective since it should be used from the first day of the cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
