Is Minoxidil Advisable While Planning For A Baby?

Hi. I using minoxidil 5%, one time a day on my scalp last 2 year. Some hair have also come. No other oral medication for hair growth. Now i want to become father. Should i discontinue the use of minoxidil on my head . and the plan the baby. Or i can do both safely . pls advise

Hi,
I think you can simultaneously use minoxidil for applications to scalp and plan for Baby.

Minoxidil will not affect your child bearing capacity or any adverse effects on future baby.
