Is Minoxytop Advisable To Stop Hair Fall?

Hi, I have a hair loss problem since last 3 years and getting it worsen day by day. One of my friend suggested me to use Minoxytop / Mintop for stopping hair fall and growing new hair on scalp. Could you please suggest me which one should I prefer. Thanks in advance.
