Is MitraClip An Effective Procedure For Mitral Regurgitation In An Elderly Person?
I have an 83 year old father that suffers from a Mitral Regugitation. We don t believe he is healthy enough to have Mitral Valve surgery. I have heard that the MitraClip transcatheter procedure may be a good less invasive option. Do HealthPartners Cardiac Surgeons and Interventional Cardiologist use this technology? Do they refer patients to other centers?
