Is Mobic Advisable Over Advil?

Is mobic safer to take than Advil? I have fibromylgia and have been taking advil for muscle pain. My dr. just gave me a prescription for mobic to take instead of advil. I have heard it causes heart problems. Any recommendations? Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
