Is Montelukast Advisable For Coughing Spasms In An Asthma Patient?
yes.. we had wildfire in our area before 4th july.. lot of smokein town . i have has asthma all my life and bouts with bronkitis due to dust. pollen etc.. my dr gave me montelukast sodium tabs 10mg... also a z pack antibiotic.. most bronkitis gone.. having last throes of coughing spasms 5-20 plus minutes with some mucus results.. will montelukast help with coughing spasms.. still have some nasal & chest congestion.. possible one more round o z pack to clear it up??/// am almost 67 yrs old with couple health issues but overall good condition ... thank you for any advice
