Is Morning After Pill Advisable Post Unprotected Sex?
I was extremely drunk last night and this guy kept taking my pants off and I remember him trying to insert his penis inside of me but i can t remember if he actually put it in. It would ve been my first time so i feel like i would ve remembered feeling it but at the same time i was really out of it. I m not on birth control and he didn t have a condom on. should i take a morning after pill anyway just in case?
Since you are not on regular CP and had unprotected penetrative sex, you are suggested to take emergency CP, within 72 hours of the sexual intercourse. Taking the Morning after pill in time will prevent pregnancy. Sooner the medicine taken, the better is the efficacy. However, CP do not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Always use condoms to avoid STI.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
