Is Morphine Sulfate Effective In The Treatment Of Severe Osteoarthritis?

I was prescribed but ransom patch for severe osteoarthritis and bulging discs, my insurance company will not pay for this medication but will pay for fentanyl patches or morphine sulfate, I am in constant pain day and night. What do you think is good medication

Morphine is a good analgesic and provides a pain-free interval.

You can safely use Morphine, but prolonged use is not recommended due to its addictive nature.
