Is Morphine The Same As Opana?

Hello, wanting to know the difference between Morphine and Opana. Have a Ca patient that has both and he does not remember which one is more effective? (Thyroid Ca) Explained to him common/adverse side effects. I have always understood one was just (SR), Am I correct in telling him this info? Thank-you in advance
