I had either a severe allergy attack or sinus problem while on vacation and my ears became clogged. I saw my doctor a week ago and she said it is clogged eustachian tubes. She suggested Sudafed D, but that is too strong and made me feel off . Should I take something like Mucinex to help with the clogged ears? I still have some congestion. I am using a diffuser, heating pad but they are still clogged? How long can this go on?
