Is Naproxen Advisable For Pain After Hip Replacement Surgery?

Pain medication for affter hip replacement surgery. Had this on Monday 21st. Home now & Doctor sent me home with Norfolk n the hospital it was a liquid ibruiprom (?). Vivadin & percadin make me dizzy & sick to my stomach. Was taking Naproxen before surgery. Can I just continue Naproxen?

You can take analgesics like tramadol for pain. Naproxen is a good choice but long term use is not recommended.
