Is Nolvadex Effective In The Treatment Of Low Sperm Count?
hi doctor , i am trying baby but due to varicose problem low spren count . doc suggested to take NOlvadex and evion ,paternia xt .. can this useful to increase spream count and motility .. my spream count 30k and motility is zero... please help me . my age is 34 and have type 2 diabetics.

Evion is a Vitamin E capsule, which is an antioxidant. It keeps the sperms healthy.
Paternia XT medication is composed of Lycopene, Levo-carnitine, Coenzyme Q10 and Zinc, which are known to provide appropriate nutrients for sperms to mature and function.
Hence, with these medications, your sperm quality and quantity should improve. It would take about 3 to 6 months to show the beneficial effects.
