Is Normet Syrup Advisable For An Infant?

hi, am sushma as am using Z&D-20 for my baby but motions doesn t come to control and it is in co lour green but when i used Normet syrup and it is suggested by my family nurse by one dosage only it came to control. now what is my question is is their any any effect to my baby by using this Normet syrup.
