Hi

Many of the phantom limb pain patients do benefit from nor triptyline as it is a tricyclic antidepressant acting at central nervous system related neuro transmission and relief from neuralgia of amputated limb. Do take the doses as per recommendation by your doc and be remain in his or her regular follow up for assessment and progress regarding the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
